Through a banking app, users can check their account balances, transfer money, pay bills, and monitor recent transactions at any time.

Project Problem

These problems led to a decline in customer satisfaction, reduced customer retention, and lower employee morale.

Slow response times: due to high service request volumes and an overburdened customer service team led to customer complaints.

Inconsistent service: quality led to uneven customer experiences, with some receiving quick resolutions and others facing delays or incomplete

Employee Burnout: The customer service team struggled with high turnover and burnout, stemming from the constant pressure to handle a large number of requests without sufficient resources.

Project Solution

Implemented a three-phase plan focused on process improvement, technology integration, and employee support.

1. Automating Initial Service Response:

The company added an AI chatbot to its website and customer portal, handling common inquiries instantly and freeing up customer service agents to tackle more complex issues.

2. Introducing Omnichannel Support:

They added live chat, social media, and a mobile-friendly portal, allowing clients to connect through their preferred channels for faster responses.

3. Employee Training and Wellness Programs:

invested in additional training for support staff to improve problem-solving skills and offer quicker solutions. They also introduced wellness programs, flexible scheduling, and team-building activities to boost morale and reduce burnout.
