Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites in Webflow and Framer
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect websites
- Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver world-class websites
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience
- Implement creative animations, CMS, and interaction effects
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Webflow or Framer
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern and creative web design work
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and basic JS
- Attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork mindset
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design will be considered an added advantage
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of digital platforms and branding adaptability
- Strong conceptual thinking with practical execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with a strong aesthetic sense
