Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with international clients
- Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 30β40 WPM (English)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or Web Development
- Ability to work night shifts (10:30 PM β 7:00 AM)
- Comfortable with on-site work and in-person interviews
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
Qualifications:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in sales or customer communication is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven role
