Responsibilities:
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP
- Manage and optimize outreach funnels
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Track campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
- Continuously test and improve outreach messaging
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to write high-converting outreach messages
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and optimization
Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and reporting skills
